1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, digital downloads, and items marked as "Promotion" or "Offer" or "Sale."

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at support@zenvy.lk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@zenvy.lk.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@zenvy.lk.
